Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into development pipelines
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor threats to inform strategic pivots
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Manage cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring the impact of future-tech investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Strong background in strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous technological transitions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AI, blockchain) or strategic foresight preferred
