Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 focusing on AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, etc.) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage technology innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape mapping
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling technology products to global markets
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
