Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Certified Futurist or similar strategic foresight certification preferred
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
