Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging technology adoption
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing architectures, and sustainable tech metrics
- Track record of launching products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep knowledge of global tech policy landscapes and regulatory frameworks
