Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum AI and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-functional labs in prototyping next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with governments on policy development for emerging tech adoption
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants for future-focused initiatives
- Mentor PhD researchers in transdisciplinary innovation methodologies
- Present at Davos, TED, and major tech summits on 2026 tech trends
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Cognitive Neuroscience
- 10+ years in strategic R&D with Fortune 100 tech companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum computing
- Proven track record of launching products with 10-year impact cycles
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#)
- Patents in neural interfaces or quantum machine learning
