- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate technological foresight into actionable business strategies
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track technology adoption metrics across departments
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage an annual innovation budget of $5M+ for pilot programs and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI, quantum, or biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to enterprise-wide deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or strategic foresight
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling software
