Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for future-tech initiatives
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab team
- Establish KPIs to measure ROI of future technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years at executive level
- Proven track record in scaling innovative tech solutions ($50M+ initiatives)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR
- Certified in TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture framework
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across tech, finance, and product divisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive board experience
