The Role
You will be responsible for architecting the technology vision for 2026 and beyond. This involves deep analysis of emerging tech, competitive intelligence, and translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive, long-term technology strategy aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to identify viable opportunities for disruption.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor technology strategies to maintain a competitive edge and identify market gaps.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal initiatives to prototype and test future technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the CTO and engineering teams on prioritizing projects based on the 2026 strategic vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or senior engineering management roles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, Blockchain, and Cloud Architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and mitigate technological risks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
