Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology vision for 2026, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain, etc.) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- R&D Leadership: Guide research and development initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated to projects with the highest potential for ROI and innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present complex strategic concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasive power.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor landscapes and industry shifts to proactively adapt our strategic direction.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with tech partners, startups, and academic institutions to foster innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D management.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate broad visions into concrete, executable strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and future technology stacks, with a focus on AI and digital transformation.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving change within large organizations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
