Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and emerging trends
- Lead research on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market readiness
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into core business models
- Develop innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and scalable deployment of futuristic solutions
- Establish ethical guidelines and risk mitigation protocols for next-gen technology adoption
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and adaptive innovation
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious technological pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced biotech
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Certifications in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE), Strategy, or relevant technical disciplines
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-cultural, cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation (articles, patents, or keynotes)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
