Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, high-performance systems designed for future data loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current products.
- Predict and mitigate technological risks associated with long-term innovation cycles.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads in adopting forward-thinking methodologies.
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and board members to secure funding and buy-in for ambitious projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, AI strategy, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems ahead of schedule.
- Deep understanding of predictive analytics, machine learning paradigms, and cloud ecosystems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Fluency in Python, Go, or Rust is highly preferred.
