Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology ecosystems (AI, Quantum, Green Tech) to identify high-value opportunities and potential threats.
- Innovation Governance: Lead the evaluation and implementation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor technology stacks and future product launches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex strategic visions to C-level executives and board members in clear, compelling terms.
- Resource Forecasting: Predict technology budget needs and talent requirements for the upcoming fiscal years.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting with a focus on long-term vision.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and think several years into the future.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Blockchain, IoT) and their business applications.
- Leadership: Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
