Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key milestones for AI integration and predictive modeling.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) and assess their viability for our ecosystem.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Lead the evaluation of new technologies and vendors, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Anticipate potential disruptions in the tech landscape and propose proactive mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering leadership.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing trends leading up to 2026.
- Proven track record of building and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to forecast industry trends.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
