Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and integration of AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to forecast industry trends and competitor advancements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for futuristic tech initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or R&D Leadership.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence and Distributed Systems.
- Proven experience in building and managing long-term technology roadmaps (e.g., 2026+ planning).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
