Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive strategic vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that integrate cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Energy.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends and competitive threats in the global tech landscape.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present long-term strategies and secure necessary resources for R&D.
- Mentor and inspire mid-level leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the pilot programs and feasibility studies for "Next-Gen" technologies slated for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year projects from conception to execution.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and IoT ecosystems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
