- Lead innovation labs prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Establish global trend intelligence networks across 15+ emerging sectors
- Design and scale pilot programs for breakthrough commercial applications
- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon as industry futurist authority
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon 2026 Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Presentation skills to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
