Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future trends
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify emerging market opportunities and disruptive threats in 2026 landscapes
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles in innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic foresight frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impact vectors
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing initiatives
