As a key member of our Innovation Leadership Team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global partners to anticipate disruptions and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, market expansion plans, and long-term organizational resilience in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce actionable future-state roadmaps for product development, market positioning, and operational transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Author visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Establish quantitative forecasting models to quantify future market potential and innovation ROI
- Partner with R&D to identify and prioritize breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Monitor global megatrends (climate tech, AI ethics, bio-convergence) and translate implications into strategic imperatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into successful business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
