- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Drive R&D partnerships with leading universities and innovation hubs

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change methodologies
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business models
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
