Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster collaborative ideation and prototyping
- Develop quantitative models to forecast technology adoption impacts and market shifts
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for breakthrough innovations
- Champion ethical frameworks and sustainability principles in technology development
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech, or clean energy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFAP, CFP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $2M annually
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socio-technological megatrends
