Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives

- Present foresight analyses to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and impact assessments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
