- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing prototype technologies for next-gen markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutes
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Drive implementation of ESG-compliant tech frameworks across global operations
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation-first culture

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suites on technology disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
