- Develop comprehensive innovation frameworks incorporating sustainability and ethical AI principles
- Partner with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable product roadmaps
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Establish global partnerships with research institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and market disruption potential
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Innovation, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic vision for tech-driven organizations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex futuristic concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation challenges
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation domains
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven scenario planning methodologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent preferred
