Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, IoT, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state opportunities
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for client engagements and internal strategy
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and R&D partners for emerging tech partnerships
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists in predictive methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in AI/ML trend analysis and predictive modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of climate tech, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
