Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging domains to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and impact assessments
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at premier innovation forums
- Design and facilitate workshops to embed future-thinking across organizational functions
- Oversee incubation of moonshot projects aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field with 8+ years in innovation/strategic foresight
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies in tech-forward environments
- Masterful communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences and public forums
