Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 market disruption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and translate into actionable strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using agile methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and government innovation bodies
- Create predictive market models using machine learning and big data analytics
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal innovation capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or tech consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Strong command of AI/ML tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Experience with policy implications of emerging technologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or major tech publications
