Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across verticals
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in developing prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotech integration
- Develop immersive scenario-planning models for climate resilience and space habitation
- Curate innovation pipelines with venture partners and academic institutions
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Mentor emerging talent in foresight methodologies and speculative design
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years leading innovation initiatives in tech, aerospace, or biotech sectors
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of commercializing speculative technologies
- Published thought leadership on 4IR ethics and societal impact
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, system dynamics)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for moonshot projects
