Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap for sustainable technology ecosystems
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with Fortune 500 partners and internal stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen AI and biotech applications
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate resilience challenges
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists and junior futurists
- Present strategic insights to investors and executive board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record leading $5M+ innovation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS, APF) or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or major industry platforms
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies for innovation pipelines
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems and research institutions
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies preferred
