Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic innovation framework with measurable KPIs
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen AI, biotech, and quantum solutions
- Analyze emerging technology trends to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Create executive-level foresight reports and scenario planning documents

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
