- Design speculative scenarios for climate resilience and sustainable futures
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (AGI, synthetic biology, spatial computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable strategy
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation publications
