Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership to map alternative futures
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with disruptive potential
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning organizational capabilities with future market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling visual storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Track record of influencing executive decisions through data-driven future insights
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent advanced training
