Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and global megatrends to forecast industry shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite on disruptive business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech summits
- Build ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
