Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and circular economies
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional teams
- Translate complex future projections into prioritized R&D initiatives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and academic partners
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and social megatrends impacting industry futures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic roadmapping
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism/innovation
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and foresight platforms
