Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop future-ready business strategies for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term technology adoption strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals preferred
