- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen products/services
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and strategic pivots for 5-10 year planning
- Build foresight methodologies and tools for organizational adoption
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
