Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design and facilitate future scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technologies and future-proof methodologies
- Quantify market opportunities for breakthrough innovations through data modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep technical understanding of 2026-relevant domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation pipelines
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Strategy (e.g., APF, CPSR)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
