Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps through trend analysis and futures research
- Identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities across global ecosystems
- Design strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present executive briefings on technological disruption scenarios
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor teams in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Innovation Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
