- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate disruptive innovations and moonshot projects
- Translate foresight insights into executive-ready recommendations and roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive trends and their implications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry publications or journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
