- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-facing innovations into roadmaps
- Produce trend analysis reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Establish cross-industry innovation ecosystems and thought leadership platforms
- Design and implement corporate foresight processes and governance structures
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and innovation management
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
