Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2030+ industry disruption
- Architect innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Advise internal R&D teams on quantum-resistant security and AGI alignment protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or equivalent professional development
- Portfolio demonstrating future-back innovation projects with measurable impact
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
