As a cornerstone of our C-suite Innovation Council, you'll guide cross-functional teams through emerging technology landscapes, societal shifts, and market disruptions. Your work will directly shape how we position ourselves at the intersection of quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable infrastructure by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and societal trends through 2030
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech innovations
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and systemic risk assessment
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring organizational readiness for 2026 technological inflection points
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and national innovation labs
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and human-machine symbiosis
- Oversee the Innovation Futures Lab prototyping next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in corporate strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technology assessment (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent methodology training
- Exceptional data visualization and complex systems modeling skills
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global enterprises
- Demonstrated ability to translate abstract concepts into executable business plans
