Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Produce actionable insights reports on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market implications
- Design and facilitate immersive workshops for C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive patent strategy for emerging innovations with our legal and R&D teams
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy with proven impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Track record of launching disruptive products/services at scale (portfolio required)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities a plus
