Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify high-impact opportunities through 2026
- Develop forward-looking strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for enterprise innovation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on future-proofing businesses
- Drive cultural transformation to embed foresight capabilities across organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation projects from concept to scale
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
