Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market shifts to predict industry disruptions
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for key business verticals
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives on future scenario planning
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Translate complex scientific concepts into strategic business opportunities
- Present futuristic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic initiatives
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with patent analysis and technology forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
