Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to identify innovation opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefs for executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advise leadership on R&D investments and strategic partnerships in emerging domains
- Champion a culture of innovation by mentoring teams on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Future Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented strategies that drive business growth
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills for communicating complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CPSI)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or future scenario planning projects
