As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and industry disruptors to develop actionable strategies that position our organization as a market leader through 2026 and beyond. You'll leverage cutting-edge methodologies to forecast technological adoption curves, regulatory shifts, and evolving consumer behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and priorities
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with data-driven trend analysis and actionable recommendations
- Identify and mitigate systemic risks in supply chains, cybersecurity, and regulatory landscapes
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to co-create future solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi studies)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and their socioeconomic impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to visualize complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published foresight projects with measurable business impact
