Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends in technology, society, and markets to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework for organizational planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product development and business models
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business value and market disruption
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
