- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-focused priorities
- Quantify market potential of nascent technologies through data modeling and competitive analysis
- Present foresight findings to executive teams and board members with compelling visualizations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight into product development roadmaps and investment priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, or STEEP analysis
