- Build and lead a specialized futures research incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
