Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/cultural trends and synthesize actionable strategic insights for 2026+ horizon
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to anticipate market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Author annual Future State reports influencing company-wide strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization proficiency
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Global perspective with cross-cultural collaboration experience
